The Perfect Timing Auto Repair Customer Care SMS program provides one-to-one informational messages related to a request or service relationship you initiate with Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC.
Types of messages
Messages may include replies to your repair inquiry, estimate follow-up, scheduling and appointment coordination, requests for information needed to evaluate the vehicle, and service-status or pickup updates.
This customer-care opt-in does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages. Any future marketing program would require a separate, optional consent.
How you opt in
The current website prepares a text draft to Tony's business number. You review it and choose whether to send it from your messaging app. By sending a repair inquiry, you ask Tony to reply about that inquiry. Preparing or opening a draft does not send it, establish delivery, confirm an appointment or provide marketing consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can call or email instead. To request call-only follow-up, include a callback number and that preference. Where a connected web form separately offers an optional SMS checkbox, its selection controls text follow-up for that submission.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your repair inquiry, appointment, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.
STOP and HELP
To stop messages
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After that, no further program texts will be sent unless you provide new consent.

We also honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent. Tell us clearly that you no longer want text messages and identify the number involved.
Delivery and carrier terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and other conditions outside our control. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.
You are responsible for providing a mobile number you control and for updating us if that number changes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Changes or termination
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the program. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Your right to reply STOP remains available at any time while the program is active.
