The Perfect Timing Auto Repair Customer Care SMS program provides one-to-one informational messages related to a request or service relationship you initiate with Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC.
Types of messages
Messages may include replies to your repair inquiry, estimate follow-up, scheduling and appointment coordination, requests for information needed to evaluate the vehicle, and service-status or pickup updates.
This customer-care opt-in does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages. Any future marketing program would require a separate, optional consent.
How you opt in
You may opt in by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox next to a phone-number field on fixingfortmyers.com and then submitting the repair request or voice note. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may leave the checkbox unchecked and still submit the form for call-only follow-up. Entering a phone number without selecting the checkbox is not SMS consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your repair inquiry, appointment, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.
STOP and HELP
To stop messages
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After that, no further program texts will be sent unless you provide new consent.

We also honor other reasonable requests to revoke consent. Tell us clearly that you no longer want text messages and identify the number involved.
Delivery and carrier terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability, and other conditions outside our control. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.
You are responsible for providing a mobile number you control and for updating us if that number changes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Changes or termination
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the program. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Your right to reply STOP remains available at any time while the program is active.
