This policy explains what Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC collects through fixingfortmyers.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have—including your choice about customer-care text messages.

Perfect Timing Auto Repair LLC ("Perfect Timing," "we," "us," or "our") operates fixingfortmyers.com. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the website, request a repair, send a voice note, use the website chat, call or text us, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information we collect

Website repair requests: when online requests are available, the repair form sends your details to the shop’s receiver and confirms receipt after the request is saved. If online requests are unavailable, the form prepares a text or email draft; you choose whether to send it from your own app. GitHub Pages hosts the website and Google Fonts supplies typefaces; those providers may process technical request information such as your IP address.

  • Contact information: your name, phone number, email address, and communication preferences when you provide them.
  • Repair-request information: vehicle year, make and model; requested service; symptoms; messages; appointment details; and related notes.
  • Car location: the address you enter or your shop drop-off preference. If you choose Use current location and allow browser access, the request includes your device’s coordinates, estimated accuracy and capture time. Location is included only when you send the request and is used to respond to your repair inquiry. You can type an address instead of sharing device location.
  • Voice and chat information: audio recordings you choose to submit, chat messages, and information included in those communications.
  • SMS consent records: whether you selected the optional SMS checkbox, the date and time, the page or form used, and the disclosure version shown to you.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser or device details, request logs, and information used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the site from abuse.

How we use information

  • Respond to repair inquiries and provide estimates, scheduling, appointment, and service updates.
  • Call you about the request you submitted and, only when permitted, send related customer-care text messages.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and our customer service.
  • Detect spam, fraud, misuse, and technical problems.
  • Maintain records, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Bay One AI chat

Bay One and website voice intake are currently disabled. This website does not send new repair drafts to an AI provider. Previous Bay One conversations used DeepSeek; the prior service had a seven-day local history policy with cleanup while running. Previous records remain subject to our access and deletion policy. This notice will be updated before chat is enabled again.

Text messaging and consent

Entering a phone number or preparing a draft does not, by itself, send a message or give marketing consent. When you send Tony a repair inquiry from your texting app, you are asking him to reply about that inquiry. We do not use this as permission for marketing. If you prefer a call, include a callback number and that preference in your message. Where a connected web form offers a separate SMS checkbox, that choice controls text follow-up for that submission.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program terms.

SMS privacy commitment: We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent for third-party marketing. Service providers may process the information needed to deliver and manage the customer-care communications you requested.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, support, or operate the website and business; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they perform for us. Where urgent owner alerts are enabled, a call/text delivery provider processes the inquiry summary to notify Tony; that does not authorize automated texts to you.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise give permission. The SMS opt-in data and consent commitment above applies regardless of these general categories.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, repair records, consent records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and business need.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Website usage counts

Our custom website analytics receiver is currently disabled. Preparing a draft or opening a call or text app does not prove that a call completed or a message was delivered. We do not send names, phone numbers, repair details or message-link contents to analytics services.

During your browser session, we may remember which repair guide or service page you visited and include that page name in the editable message draft. This stays in your browser until you choose to send the message to Tony. We do not copy search terms, advertising parameters or personal information from page URLs into this source label. You can edit or remove the label before sending.

Your choices

  • SMS: reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Call-only follow-up: include your callback number and ask us to call when sending your inquiry.
  • Access or correction: contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, subject to records we must retain.
  • Browser controls: your browser may let you limit storage, permissions, or other site features.

Children, external links, and changes

The website is intended for vehicle owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The site may link to services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date.
